Fees
(THIS PREMISES IS UNDER 24 HOUR CAMERA SURVEILLANCE, INSIDE AND OUTSIDE)
Hall Rental $2,850.00 Workers and friends (indicated on a guest list, by management or
Chef’s Orchid’s Security) of Chef’s Orchid’s Management must be allowed in. $250.00
deposit must be paid to hold your date, this is non refundable.
Clean-Up
(included) (does not include the bar, you are responsible for full clean-up)
Parking
(included). Unlimited Ice (included). Photographer (included, but not for all functions)

Catering
starts at $19.00 per person plus tax and 18% gratuity.
All monies (cash only, no check or credit card payments accepted) must be paid at least 48 hours
before any event commences. Major holidays will be additional 20%. The doors will remain closed
until all payments have been made.

Hours of Operation
Friday and Saturday events must be finished by 3:00 AM no matter what your start time may have been.
All Sunday events must be finished by 11:00 PM. This facility is for use by Airport Employees & their
friends/family. The PORT AUTHORITY or JMC reserves the right to cancel any event at any time without
cause. If there is a no cause cancellation all deposits will be refunded.
There will be no strippers or any event that calls for the removal of any clothes showing any body
organs. The only exception will be fashion shows and all attires/outfits must be approved by Chef’s
Orchid. We therefore reserve the right to terminate any event that violates this requirement and no
money will be refunded.

The sale of alcohol in any form is prohibited; however, beer & wine license may be obtained & must
be presented 1 week in advance
. No bottles will be dispensed only cups will be used to serve any
liquid/drink
. All advertising literature relating to any event must be approved by Chef’s Orchid; failure
to do so will result in cancellation of event. No event can be advertised to the general public

Music systems must not exceed 800 watts
and speakers must be on the window side of the hall facing
southeast (that is pointing towards the windows, towards the entrance door).
Music level must be
constantly monitored to allow minimum bass vibration on the wall in the back of the other side of the
hall
. There is a 24hour office behind that wall that must not be disturbed. Disregard of this will result in the
immediate termination of any event with no refunds.

All events (exceptions are wedding, kids birthday party, or private family get together) will have at least two
securities, provided by Chef’s Orchid, and will cost $220.00 each totaling a minimum of $440.00 + $165
FOR INSIDE SECURITY), at the door to ensure that only guests related to the event are allowed inside.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO BE SELECTIVE, ENFORCING DRESS CODES
. Security will ensure that
no food or drink goes outside, Port Authority’s property is protected and Chef’s Orchid rules are enforced.

Chef’s Orchid will not be responsible for any articles left by any person present at any event.

This is a smoke free facility and guests must be advised not to smoke by the renter signed below
(ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES/DRUGS WILL NOT BE CONSUMED ANYWHERE ON OR NEAR THESE
PREMISES). MAXIMUM CAPACITY MUST NOT EXCEED 325. NO MONIES COLLECTED AT DOOR.

All tables used must be covered with tablecloths
, or will be supplied by Chef’s Orchid at a cost of $2.50
per table. Coat room is operated by Chef's Orchid at $2.00 per coat. The host/hostess of each event will
be held responsible for any missing or damaged property of Chef’s Orchid’s, and will be replaced by the
host/hostess whose name will appear at the end of this document, and the credit card number filed here

I have read and fully understand the preceding and have agreed to be legally bound by its standards and
requirements, will be fully personally responsible for any accidents during the period of this function, and
agree that Chef’s Orchid, JMC or The Port Authority will not be held responsible for any accidents occurring
on these premises. This contract will be governed by the laws of New York.
